Reloading Dies

Depending on the type of cartridge, dies in set of two, three and four are used. Straight cases (cartridges) use a three die set while bottlenecked cartridges use a two die set. While there is a difference in number, the reloading process is almost the same for both types of cartridges. All reloaded cartridges have to go through the resizing, decapping, expanding, and bullet seating (occasionally, also crimping) process, but in the two and three die sets the functions are done by different dies. Four dies sets add a taper crimp die
